The physical and online stores are not able to operate due to the damage sustained in the earthquake. Our building has been red stickered and we can no longer operate from the current site anymore. We are currently in the process of looking at a new site to operate from.
In the short term, we are operating a limited service from our wholesale division "Service Foods Ltd" located at 220 Cumnor Tce, Woolston. Unfortunately we have a limited range of products from this premise, however we have the following products available:

If you require any of the following products or would like to request various other products not listed then please email us on shop@asianfoodwarehouse.co.nz or call us on the wholesale division's number (03 3899909) and request to speak to someone from Asian Food Warehouse.
We will pack the order for you as the public is not allowed to enter the warehouse. You can pick your order up or we can ship it out to you for $5/25kg within Christchurch. Cash and credit cards accepted only.

| 1.4 | Security of customer information Asian food online takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised purchase off its website. However no member of the Asian Food Group takes liability for any direct or indirect losses whatsoever if any third party gets access to the information. |

2. PRICE
| 2.1 | Price Changes The customers will only pay what is charged out as per the order date. Asian Food Online will not make any adjustments if the price of a product increases or decreases between the time the order is placed and the time the order is delivered. However, if there are errors in the pricing displayed on the website, then Asian Food reserves the right to refuse the order or change the price accordingly. |

3. PRODUCTS
| 3.1 | Product availability Asian Food Online will make every effort to fulfill all orders in full, however at times the product(s) may not be available due to stock outages, supplier out of stocks or any unforeseen circumstances. Any member of the Asian Food Group will be not be liable to any person(s) if orders are not fulfilled. Asian Food Online reserves the right to limit the number of products or limit the quantity of any individual product item that a customer may order. If an order is 90% fulfilled then we will send out the order once it is confirmed by the customer. Shipping and invoice charges will be adjusted and the customer will receive a credit or refund. |
| 3.2 | Featured products and specials Featured products or specials are only available while stocks last. |
| 3.3 | Product substitution Asian Food Online will substitute products only if it gets prior approval from the customer. This means that if a product is not available a customer service representative will contact the customer and arrange a suitable substitution. |
| 3.4 | Product quality If a customer believes that a product is not up to their standard or has been damaged in transit or any other form of damage they may return it at their own expense to the distribution centre. If the product has been deemed to be damaged (which is done on a case to case basis), then a full credit will be issued and a return of the shipping costs will be issued. |
4. PAYMENTS
| 4.1 | Payment options Asian Food Online only accepts:

| 4.2 | Payment by credit card Asian Food Online will not accept a credit card that is rejected by its financial institution and will contact the customer if this occurs to arrange an alternative payment. Orders will not be released until payment has been cleared |
| 4.3 | Other adjustments Asian Food Online may need to adjust the invoice total if necessary; if the customer has been invoiced incorrectly then Asian Food Online will be paid the difference or will pay the difference according to the correct invoice. |
5. DELIVERY
| 5.1 | Delivery addresses Asian Food Online can only deliver to residential or commercial addresses. PO Box addresses will be declined and the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative address. Rural addresses will incur an additional charge due to freight costs. This will be added on to the total shipping costs when you select the right shipping region that relates to you. |
| 5.2 | Delivery and liability Asian Food Online will only deliver the orders to the delivery point stated by the customer. This means that any point beyond the delivery point(front door of premises) will not be within the jurisdiction of Asian Food Online and any damage that occurs to the customer beyond this point has to be settled with the 3rd party directly (i.e.: Courier company). Asian Food Online assumes that the delivery point is the correct delivery point and the person(s) who accepts the delivery are authorised to do so on behalf of the customer. |
| 5.3 | Delays to delivery Asian Food Online will at all times try to get the customers order processed and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. However, in some circumstances this cannot always be met. Asian Food Online will not be liable for any delay of the order; however, Asian Food Online may at its discretion arrange alternative delivery of the order. |
| 5.4 | Incorrect or undelivered products At times by mistake a product delivered may not correspond with your purchase order or invoice. If this occurs the customer may:
If the customer selects option b) then the customer must contact a customer service representative to ask for instructions and then return the product(s) to the depot(store address) at their own expense, at which time the freight costs may be returned. |
6. CHANGES TO ORDER
| 6.1 | Changes/cancellations of order If any customer wishes to cancel or change their order they must do this before Asian Food Online has commenced preparing the order. However, variations on the order can in some circumstances be made just before the order is dispatched from the depot. All cancelled orders may incur a penalty of $5.00. |
7. LIABILITY
| 7.1 | Product Liability Asian Food Online shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from a non-compliant or defected product other than the cost of the product itself. |
| 7.2 | Indirect losses Asian Food Online shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from a customer�s use of or misuse of Asian Food Online and its respective services. |
8. SPECIAL PRODUCTS
| 8.1 | Alcohol If the customer orders any alcoholic products off the website they must be over the age of 18. If the customer does place an order for alcohol or alcohol related products they must warrant themselves as being over 18. |
9. Intellectual property and capital, Trade Marks
and Website Design
