RECIPE OF THE MONTH |

Maeploy Panang Thai Curry
Directions:
Stir-Fry 50g of panang curry paste with 1 cup(200g) of coconut milk, then add another 1 cup of coconut milk and heat until boiling. Add 350g of meat, 1/2 cup of water and continue cooking. As the meat is done, sprinkle with Kaffir lime leaves and fresh chillies. Taste before seasoning.
For a milder flavour add only 25g of curry paste |

Shore Mariner Prawn Twisters
These tasty treats are succulent whole peeled prawns with herbs such as coriander, green onions and garlic rolled inside a crispy wonton style pastry. The prawn has been peeled and the tail has been removed prior to further processing. Each Twister is sized approx 23g. The Cocktail Prawn Twister is smaller in length than the Large Prawn Twister with each piece sized between 9-10g.

We will continue to strive to offer all of our products online, however the international food market is very volatile and is still relatively small within New Zealand and therefore to keep our service quality high we only offer a minority of products avaliable in our store
